Integral Thinking and Spiral Dynamics
Collected resources on Spiral Dynamics (Don Beck), Integral Theory (Ken Wilber), and evolutionary development
Welcome
This is a list of resources on Integral Thinking and Spiral Dynamics.
I have found that these resources best explain (to me, at least) the transformation I see both in myself and in the collective.

Crowdocracy (the book) is one attempt to apply the principles of Integral-based thinking to the wicked problem of governance. Lots to chew on.
In my view, it feels like the technology is there, but some of the environmental factors aren't and too many are vested in the status quo.
Also - trust and self-responsibility. Individually and collectively - are we ready?

Whenever you hear the term "Paradigm Shift," thank Thomas Kuhn. This work, along with Integral theory and Spiral Dynamics has helped me make sense of the transformation that is occurring.
I see the current state of our transformation as being in the "lots of different people tackling the questions, the schools aren't aware of each other" phase of the Revolution.

The way I think about Spiral Dynamics and Integral - Spiral Dynamics is great for dealing with organizations and cultures (macro). Integral speaks best to individual development and growth (micro). Both schools speak to all scales - but this is where I find each works best for the work I am doing.
Don Beck and Chris Cowan's work connects environment, culture, and individual and how they work together (or not) to evolve (or devolve).
