Field tree planting has been badly affected by the continual rain days since November which has made the ground extremely wet.

This time of year is a time to reflect.
The trees that we planted nearly 2 years ago are thriving. We have been wanting to plant a few more to replace some that were lost, mostly due to the drought after the planting, but have been frustrated by the rain of the last few weeks.
We have both been busy. Retirement (for 18 months) means life seems ever busier. Much too much to write about everything. Suffice it to say, the year has been happy and interesting, with lots going on.
