Grandiose claims; another noun has become a verb (bah!). But the idea that one idea is an answer seems itself doomed from the get-go. However, we do need to keep using our imaginations and so-called grey cells to sort out a humane and sustaining future.

If this is best thinking that organizational behavior folks have it is time to leave it behind: “Any kind of major change in blueprint comes with a risk,” said Robert Sutton, a professor of organizational behavior at Stanford University. Cultural shifts rile employees and sometimes cause financial instability, he said. “There is always this balance between: Do we do it by socialization and having a strong culture, or do we do it with money and cracking down on people?”
