It is not my usual habit to post product or company reviews but I felt it was necessary because I am very impressed by the team at Factr. I believe that they have a genuine care for their product and they engage sincerely with their community members. I can't remember the last time that a tech company invited me to have a extensive video chat with their human representatives to talk about how to make a product or experience better (I had this experience today). I find the concentration on personalizing their relationship with their users is setting them apart and will make this beta product extremely competitive when it is fully operational in the future. I also like very much the Factr emphasis on plain language, whether this is used in helping new members get acquainted with the product or when their representatives communicate in chat. As someone with a lot of experience in media monitoring and analysis I also appreciate how intuitive Factr is and I am looking forward to finding out how I can (break and) make this product work better for me. And, just for the record, this is a voluntary and hopefully constructive review that I hope helps the Factr team as they further develop Factr. Keep concentrating on the small stuff guys, because they are the important bits!
